The Most important things to remember when making web pages is to kee it simple, clean and easy to use. Don't use too many graphics or frames. Use the same format for ever page. If you use banners use them sparingly. You see is there are a lot of graphics that the user has to download they will get discouraged and move on to someone elses site.

Try to keep the pages looking somewhat like this one. It's easy to read and visually apealing.
